Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is a five-star Forbes resort today, co-owned by billionaires Michael Dell and Rob Walton, former president of Walmart. What else? Dell also owns the Ivanka Trump-approved hualalai Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii, the largest island in the state of Hawaii. In 1994, on the island of Hawaii, Hualālai Resort created a new standard of living. They promised relaxed island luxury, rich culture and romantic beauty.

While the Big Island has lagged behind Oahu in its recovery, the Hualalai resort has benefited from its renovations and the Four Seasons brand, said Joseph Toy, CEO of Hospitality Advisors. The hotel's 383 rooms, including 21 oceanfront suites (which come with their own personal assistant, of course), have been redesigned in an elegant neutral color palette.
